How the Guide works

What it sees. What it cannot do.

Keiko's Guide is an AI conversation tool for reflection. It can use relevant activity as context, responds through one of five modes, and can propose one small Experiment. It is not therapy or clinical care.

Guide modes

Mode 1

Just Stay With Me

Put the thoughts somewhere without forcing an answer.

Mode 2

Say It

Get out what has been sitting unsaid.

Mode 3

Understand This

Look closer at a moment, pattern, or reaction.

Mode 4

Steady This

Settle an activated state before deciding what to do.

Mode 5

Find My Next Step

Turn a stuck point into one concrete move.

What it can see

Guide can use relevant moods, moments, reflections, and conversation messages as context. That context helps it respond to your patterns instead of treating every conversation as a blank slate.

What runs the responses

KeikoAI uses Google Gemini via Google Cloud. Relevant context is sent to generate your response. Google is contractually prohibited from using that data to train its foundation models.

Who reads it

DyvenTech staff do not read your moods, moments, reflections, or Guide conversations. KeikoAI processes that content to provide the features you request.

Where it stops

Guide can misunderstand you or produce a poor suggestion. It does not diagnose, provide clinical care, or replace a professional or trusted person. Treat its responses as prompts for reflection, not authoritative instructions.

See the product, not a promise

A Guide conversation becomes something you can try.

In this real product flow, the person asks to work on defensiveness. Guide names the Growth Mindset framework, proposes a specific question to practice, and turns it into a trackable Experiment.

Keiko Guide conversation proposing a Growth Mindset Experiment for responding to defensiveness

1. Guide proposes the Experiment

The suggestion includes the framework, the reasoning, and the exact action.

2. The action stays visible

Try it, skip it, extend it, and keep a record of what happened.
