It's not a therapy replacement, a mood journal, or a habit tracker. It's a calm, non-judgmental space to check in, think things through, find relief in difficult moments, and understand your patterns over time.
What is the Guide? +
The Guide is KeikoAI's AI companion — a space to have a real conversation when something is hard. You can process a difficult moment, find clarity on a decision, or work through a recurring pattern. The Guide remembers your previous conversations and builds on them, so each session continues a thread rather than starting from scratch.
What is Relief? +
Relief is for when talking isn't what you need — you just need to settle first. It offers breathwork patterns, calming music, and guided rest, matched to how you feel right now. Over time, KeikoAI learns which Relief tools actually help you feel more like yourself again.
Do I have to use KeikoAI every day for it to work? +
No. KeikoAI works with however much you can give it. A daily check-in helps build a clearer picture over time, but even using it in a single difficult moment — without any consistency — is valuable. There is no streaks-or-fail pressure built into it.
On which devices can I use KeikoAI? +
KeikoAI is available on iOS and Android phones.
Privacy & data
Is my data private and secure? +
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. For AI features, we use Google Gemini via Google Cloud — they are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models.
What data is shared with the AI? +
To provide personalised insights, KeikoAI shares your chat messages, wins, mood logs, and reflections with Google Gemini. This data is used only to generate responses for you and is protected by strict privacy agreements.
Is KeikoAI safe for mental health? +
KeikoAI is a self-reflection and wellness tool, not a replacement for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services immediately.
Billing & account
Do I need a subscription to use KeikoAI? +
KeikoAI offers a free trial so you can experience the app before subscribing. KeikoAI Pro includes AI insights, the full Guide experience, and all Relief tools.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
On iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → KeikoAI → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KeikoAI → Cancel subscription.
Can I get a refund? +
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple or Google according to their respective store policies.
How do I delete my account? +
Go to Profile Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This is permanent and immediately removes all your data, including mood history, wins, reflections, and AI interactions.
