Is my data private and secure? +
Yes. We take your privacy and data security seriously. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. For our AI features, we use Google Gemini via Google Cloud; they are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models.
What data is shared with the AI? +
To provide personalized insights, KeikoAI shares your chat messages, wins, mood logs, and reflections with Google Gemini. This data is used only to generate responses for you and is protected by strict privacy agreements.
On which devices can I use KeikoAI? +
KeikoAI is available on iOS and Android phones.
How do I get started with KeikoAI? +

Do I need a subscription to use KeikoAI? +
No. KeikoAI includes a free plan so you can experience the app and use core check-ins. KeikoAI Pro includes AI insights and Keiko Guide.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
On iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > KeikoAI > Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > KeikoAI > Cancel subscription.
Is KeikoAI safe for mental health? +
KeikoAI is a self-reflection tool, not a replacement for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency or crisis services immediately.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Accepted payment methods depend on your store account.
Can I get a refund? +

How can I delete my KeikoAI account? +
You can delete your account within the app by going to Profile Settings → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will immediately remove all your data, including your mood history, wins, reflections, and AI interactions.
