By downloading or using KeikoAI, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

KeikoAI is a personal wellness app. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional mental health support. Please seek professional help if you are in crisis.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use KeikoAI. Accounts found to be used by minors under 13 will be deleted.

You can delete your account at any time via Profile Settings → Delete Account in the app.Please note: account deletion is permanent and all your data (mood logs, wins, reflections, and AI history) will be irreversibly removed.

KeikoAI uses Google Gemini to provide personalized insights and companion features. By using these features, you acknowledge that your inputs (including wins, reflections, and moods) are processed to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.

KeikoAI subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.

Everything you log in KeikoAI belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. We never claim ownership of your personal entries.

Don't use KeikoAI to do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.

KeikoAI is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you in-app when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
